They specialize in administrative and shelter services as well as helping national and foreign companies establish programs like IMMEX.
The IMMEX program allows foreign manufacturers to import raw materials and components into Mexico, tax and duty free, under the conditions that 100% of all finished goods will be exported out of Mexico within a mandated timeframe.
The primary primary goal of the IMMEX Mexico program is to allow the Mexican economy to expand and enable companies to manufacture in a competitive environment as well as create jobs throughout the entire socioeconomic spectrum. This program also aims to modernize the globalization of Mexico's manufacturing infrastructure by brining new and specialized technologies and knowledge to the region.
